We are committed to enhancing your travel experience by providing a bus shuttle service to and from Berlin, as well as smaller van shuttles from train stations and airports to the castle. If there is sufficient demand, we will make every effort to accommodate additional slots. For any inquiries related to shuttle services, please feel free to reach out to us at admin@project-playground.de, using the subject line "Shuttle.

Supporters and friends who are assisting with the castle setup are invited to arrive starting at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 16th.

For our regular guests, early entry is available beginning at noon on Thursday, September 19th. Please keep in mind that bars and food services will become operational from Thursday evening until noon on Monday. Although we are dedicated to ensuring that everything is in impeccable condition for the event, it's important to note that there may be some last-minute production activities occurring within the castle.

Just a friendly reminder that festival entry is only available during box office hours. We want to ensure you don't find yourself waiting outside overnight!

We are dedicated to nurturing a sense of community and fostering a shared energy during this event. To enhance this experience, we strongly encourage you to join us on time for the family-inspired opening dinner on Thursday 9:00 PM. Please be aware that our check-in reception will be operational on Thursday from noon to 8:30 PM. The check-in reception will be open on Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please contact admin@project-playground.de to arrange an individual arrival time.

Lodging within the castle is provided and comprises access to dormitory-style rooms equipped with individual mattresses, blanket,pillow, and bed sheets. If you opt for an upgraded suite (2/4/6 person suites), a towel will be provided. Otherwise, kindly bring your own towels and favourite balnky

We will indulge in top-notch buffets for brunch, snacks, and dinners, served in the Ballroom, all designed to accommodate diverse dietary preferences. Our food is responsibly sourced and includes options for both vegetarians and vegans.

Keeping yourself properly hydrated is crucial, especially during a rave. We have strategically positioned water stations throughout the castle and spa area to support your hydration needs. We also encourage you to bring your empty bottles for easy refilling

Our gathering  is not just about entertainment; it's about fostering a sense of community and knowledge sharing. Explore our diverse workshop schedule and become an active participant in this enriching experience! These complimentary sessions not only offer rejuvenation but also provide a platform for connecting with others and collectively expanding our knowledge. We understand that festivals can be overwhelming, and it's essential to have a safe space where everyone can feel supported. Whether you're dealing with emotional challenges, or just need a quiet moment to center yourself, our Awareness team is here to help.

How does the cup deposit system function?

When you make a beverage purchase (in a plastic cup, bottle, or can), a 2€ cup deposit will be applied. When you're ready for another drink, simply exchange your used cup for a fresh one - this way, you won't incur an additional deposit charge. Alternatively, you can return your cup at the bar to have your deposit refunded to your CashLess Wristband.

We are pleased to announce our use of reusable plastic cups, which can be washed and reused up to 100 times! This represents a significant step in reducing festival waste and enhancing the sustainability of The Akashic Records. Together, we can contribute to maintaining the festival site's cleanliness, not only for our enjoyment but also for the benefit of the surrounding environment.

There is no ATM at the festival site. You can load your festival pay card in cash or with a credit card

If you find any items, please leave them at the reception. Similarly, if you lose something, you can leave a note with the team so they can contact you if your item is found.

To fully immerse in the present moment, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos and videos. Be present and savor the opportunity to be in the moment with us. If you understand this, there's no need for stickers on your cameras.

Please help us maintain the cleanliness of this space. Treat it with respect, as you would your own home. Return communal items to their designated places after use.

Tickets and add-ons are generally not returnable, however you can pass it on to someone who would fit in the overall flow of the event. By purchasing, you agree that Project Playground e.V. is not liable for acts of God, weather, health outbreaks, epidemics or pandemics (including any worsening of the current COVID-19 pandemic), strikes, protests, or actions taken by government agencies and similar causes. Please note that tickets and room upgrades are non-refundable even if the event is terminated early, cancelled, or if entry conditions are modified due to weather, acts of nature, governmental regulations, failure to obtain required permits, or conditions beyond Project Playground e.V.'s control.

Each guest assumes their own responsibility and risk during their visit. It is the duty of each one  to take necessary precautions for their personal safety and security, as well as to safeguard their belongings. Project Playground e.V., the event organiser, holds no liability for any lost or damaged property.

Additionally, the promoter is not responsible for any breaches of German law, theft, injuries, or damages caused by third parties during the course of the festival.
